Merchant of Record
PDFFit is sold through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.
This means that:
- Paddle handles payments, taxes, and refunds.
- Refunds are processed through Paddle’s systems.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with PDFFit for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted directly through Paddle: https://paddle.net.
Paddle will review and process refund requests in accordance with their policies.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible and processed by Paddle.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds may be refused in the following cases:
- The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after purchase
- Fraud, abuse, or chargeback manipulation is suspected
- The purchase was made in violation of our Terms and Conditions
