PDFFit is developed and maintained by Viachaslau Tysianchuk ("us", "we", or "our"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the PDFFit application and the pdffit.app website.
Overview
- PDFFit is a native offline macOS application.
- We do not collect analytics.
- We do not track users.
- We do not upload or process PDF files on our servers.
- License validation happens locally on your computer.
- Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.
Information Collected by the Application
PDFFit does not collect:
- Usage analytics
- Crash reports
- Tracking identifiers
- Personal data
All PDF processing happens entirely on your device.
License keys and email addresses entered for activation are:
- Stored locally on your device
- Used only to validate the license offline
- Never transmitted to our servers
Update Checks
On application startup, PDFFit may make a single network request to check whether a newer version of the application is available.
- This request does not include personal data
- IP addresses are not stored
- The request is used only to determine update availability
Website Data
The pdffit.app website does not intentionally collect personal data.
Basic server logs may be generated automatically for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used for tracking and are not linked to individual users.
Payments and Purchases
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
When you make a purchase:
- Paddle may collect personal and payment information
- We do not have access to your full payment details

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service:
- Paddle.com – payment processing, licensing, refunds, and taxes
No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
